Basically it's the effect of one individual telling another about a product, or service. Its a marketing message, one that has a great impact on the success of your business.





As you can see above, a good customer experience, or well planted message will do unbelievable things for your marketing efforts. The same can be said about a bad experience or message. The only difference is you should multiply the above chart by a hundred. A bad experience will generally land you with anywhere from ten to twenty, sometimes even more potential customers with a negative outlook about you or your product.
